Description :: - Must be able to ensure timely completion of construction drawings to meet deadlines of construction schedules.
- Able to monitor compliance to specification, drawings and construction period.
- Must be able to coordinate with consultants in preparatory of plans for Building Plan submission.
- Able to handle liaison with relevant government authorities pertaining to drawings submission and assist/provide/coordinate details required.
- Familiar with local by-laws and statutory provisions and good in building contract administration.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skills (Adobe Illustator, Sketching, 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad)
- Good draughting skills and able to draw and resolve detailing independently and have familiarity with design.
- Knowledge in project coordination, project management, contract administration would be an advantage.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Must be matured with pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
