- • To assist Project Manager & Senior Engineer to carry out their duties.
• Capable of working independently without much supervision.
• To provide technical and documentation support for customer.
• Responsible for planning, implementation and controlling of maintenance and construction works.
• Ensure installation works are completed timely & in compliance to specification
• Site safety awareness.
• To liaise with sub-contractors to ensure projects meet scheduled deadlines and specifications.
• Interface with our clients and subcontractors, government authorities where necessary.
• Experience or knowledge in cost estimating, cost control, preparation of tender and Contract documentation is an added advantage.
• To assist the Project Manager in the preparation and implementation of Project cost and procurement plan and progress claim preparation.
• Good knowledge of current market pricing of construction materials and works cost
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Good working attitude, ability to organize, able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Required skill(s): MS Office & AutoCad.
• Candidates with knowledge of Construction & Engineering Law will have added advantage.
• Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
