Description :: - Responsible to liaise with client, attend client's brief and understand their requirements for the project to be undertaken.
- Responsible to attend site visit and carry out site measurements.
- Brand-storming with team to propose and create design concepts/solutions and translating them to design details.
- Active participation in presenting ideas and concepts to clients.
- Must be proficient in perspective, construction detail & technical drawings.
- Responsible to monitor design development, submission requirements and submission deadline to ensure timely submission.
- Responsible to assist to resolve design related issues at all stages of the project.
- Play a role in project QC by project site visit and inspection from time to time to ensure the project develops in the right direction per the construction details.
- Resolve design issues at site with contractor.
- Responsible to prepare presentation material and sample material boards.
Requirements :: - Must possess at least a recognised degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills (3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad)
- Required languages (English. Mandarin is an added advantage)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- A team player.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment independently under minimum supervision.
- Good command of English to handle design presentation to clients.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
