Description :: - Responsible to coordinate and plan design activities and work distribution for the Design Department.
- Responsible to liaise with client, attend client's brief and understand their requirements for the project to be undertaken.
- Responsible to attend site visit and carry out site measurements.
- Responsible to lead projects assigned and brain-storm with the team to propose and provide design direction for the team.
- Responsible to close monitoring of design development to ensure they developed in the correct direction and on the right timeline for submission.
- Responsible to act as the point of reference for designers.
- Thorough check of drawings before they are released.
- Active participation in presenting ideas and concepts to clients.
- Must be proficient in perspective, construction detail & technical drawings.
- Responsible to carry out site visits from time to time to ensure that project develops correctly.
- Responsible to assist to resolve design related issues at all stages of the project.
- Responsible to conducted design review and design post mortem analysis as improvement for future projects.
- Responsible to ensure a proper and sound filing system are maintained.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills (MS Office, MS Powerpoint, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad)
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English)
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
