Description :: - Responsible for overall project management and project construction team
- Administer and supervise daily operation of site office
- Responsible to plan, implement, co-ordinate, monitor and control the level of resources and performance to meet the planned targeted schedule and quality
- Review and of all the technical aspects proposed by consultants/contractors
- Preparation and submission of management reports
- Represents the company in regular and special meeting with the management, clients and sub-contractors
- Liaise closely and establish good rapport with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and third part involeve
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skills (Good Communications Skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese, MS Powerpoint, MS Word)
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English)
- Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
