Description :: - Responsible for site meetings with consultants in attendance.
- Responsible for Development Studies painting details and coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical issues / site;
- Responsible for ensuring that the work carried out on site according to specifications / drawings;
- Responsible inform the Project Director or Project Manager of technical problems / site that arise.
- Responsible for overseeing the progress of work on site.
- Responsible for reporting progress to the necessary work.
- Responsible for the coordination of sub-contractors and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.
Requirements :: - Diploma in relevant studies.
- 2 years of working experience in the field (the local construction industry).
- Familiar with local regulations mis BCA, NEA, MOM and WSH.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
