Description :
• Responsible for preparing overall construction schedule, manpower planning, equipment planning, cost and progress control at site.
• Lead overall site team / trade contractors / subcontractors to execute construction activities at site.
• Responsible for enhancing the effective co-ordination between site, fabrication shop / factory, logistics, QA / QC, HSE and Project Team.
• Prepare necessary procedures / method statement / risk assessment pertaining to site construction work.
• Conduct Daily / Weekly / Monthly internal meeting among site teams to enhance interrelated / interface work activities / disciplines and effective supervision at site.
• Conduct regular meeting with Sub-contractors to monitor and control their performance and progress
• Report to Project Manager / Project Director and provide all necessary information related to Site Construction Activities
 
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architectural Interiors/ Interior Design/Building.
• At least 4 to 5 year(s) of working experience in Interior Fit-outs Project / Construction / Building works or related discipline.
• Knowledge of MS office and MS Project management software.
• Possess a high level of organisational and planning skills and contractual knowledge.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, self motivated and result orientated.

Candidates without relevant academic qualification but with extensive working experience are encouraged to apply .
