Description :: - Responsible to handle full sets of accounts
- Responsible for monthly closing of Accounts
- Responsible to handle daily transactions on Accounts Payable
- Responsible to verify invoices/ expenses claim forms
- Responsible to handle payment for suppliers & expenses claims
- Responsible to be responsible for the reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Responsible to ensure all filing is done on a timely manner
- Responsible to performs other administrative and ad / hoc job functions
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Professional
- Certification in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
- Proficiency accounting software and also MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Required language ( Chinese, English and Malay )
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Account Executives specializing in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent are encouraged to apply
