Description :: - To handle overall branch activity
- To handle day To day administrative function and supervise staff duties
- To handle manpower matters includes recruitment, training of the newly hire staff
- To liaise with HQ / Director
- Draft correspondences, create and modify document, presentation, contracts etc.
- Prepare and distribute minutes, coordinate meetings, and follow up on project matters and assist in the preparation of any materials required for meetings.
- To provide support and handle other personal or confidential matters.
Requirements :: - Must be age 32 and above
- Excellence written and spoken English and Chinese communication will be an advantage.
- Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently and effectively.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Sales Marketing/Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
