Description :: 1. Ensure that the QMS is established, implemented and maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and other related standards
2. Ensure that processes need for QMS, ISO/ FSSC 22000 and other related standards are determined and its application throughout the organization.
3. Ensure that optimum sequence and interaction of processes are determined.
4. Ensure that all documents need for QMS, ISO22000 and other related standards is established and adequately defined prior to issue and use.
5. Promote awareness of QMS, ISO/ FSSC 22000 and other related standards and customer requirements throughout the organization.
6. Liaison with internal and external parties on all matters concerning QMS.
7. Lead the Internal Quality Audit as planned and chair the Management Review Meeting.
8. As catalyst role provide continual improvement recommendation for QMS.
9. Maintain and improve the effectiveness of the QMS with PCDA methodology.
10. Continuously review and assess overall business fulfilment product, quality, reliability performance and services to identify opportunities for continual improvement in short, medium and long term.
11. Lead in Plan (Establish), Do (Implement), Check (review) and Act (Improve) to QMS throughout the organization leading to successful certification of ISO 9001 and related standards.
12. Maintain, sustain and continual improve the effectives of QMS lead to successful of renewal of certification.
13. Authorized to acquire necessary information on matters that will affect the QMS and execute necessary controls or directives to ensure the integrity of the QMS will maintained when changes are being planned and implemented.
14. Authorized to call meeting for information updates and collate suggestion or recommendations to solve problems and improvement the effectiveness of QMS.
Requirements :: 1. Strong in PDCA methodology approach.
2. Auditor / Lead Auditor quality that experience in ISO9000, ISO22000 and ISO14000 and others: decisive, professional, knowledgeable, determined, compassionate, attentive, being assertive, diplomatic and tactful with people.
3. Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
4. Confidence, excellent ISO knowledge and ability to work independently.
5. Good communication, presentation and organization skills
6. Professionalism, responsible and self-motivated quality.

** With food industry background. Strongly in handling food certificates/license & ISO (22000/FSSC)
