Description :: • To understand the company retail business, market and customers, and structure a strategy and direction to tap into the house brand category
• To come out with the company house brand process to link other departments to support the development of house brand products
• The person must thereafter know the needs for house brand, find the best resources to fulfill it, monitor the progress of each products and continue to make improvement to the process and product
• The position reports to the Marketing Manager and work closely with all the commercial buying members to secure suitable house brand products for its business and customers.
Requirements :: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experiences with minimum 3 years in Managerial position.
• Strong business acumen skills, strategic thinker and possess good interpersonal skill to interact with all levels.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate.
• Must have own transport and willing to travel.
