Description :: 1. Assists Campaign Manager
2. Supervise a team of Telesales Executives
3. Deliver quality sales & services
4. Ensure team members understand the company policy, management procedure, and the use of systems & telephone
5. Monitor team member attendance
6. Review goal for each team member and the whole team based on daily, weekly and monthly
7. Motivate, coach and inspire team member to achieve the sales target, handling and resolve enquiries escalated from team member as necessary
8. Ensure team member are familiar with product knowledge and program specification
9. Support business’ activities for improving quality and contribute business growth as well enable team member to achieve KPI in productivity i.e. call target, sale revenue target, productivity
10. Assign lead to team member in an effective and fair manner
11. Ensure team members strictly adhere to call centre discipline and guidelines
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
2. Prefer candidate with t least 1 year(s) of working
3. Preferably Senior Executives with specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
4. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English
5. Good coaching skills, leadership and mentoring and People Management.
