Description :: • Proficient in design and programming software (AP100, Trutop Boost, Bend CAM, Tech Zone)
• Perform CAD/CAM programming.
• Decide on Punching and Laser sequence for complex features.
• Experience in programming for Semi-Con product.
• Cost saving plan to ensure full utilization of raw materials to reduce direct material cost
• Design tooling solution to improve efficient & reduce cost
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :: • University diploma/degree is required along with experience sheet metal CAD CAM is an added advantage.
• Excellent human relation, communication and technical skills in laser, punching, bending is critical.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Technical Skills – Knowledge in Laser, Punching, Bending Processes.
