Description :: -Confers with management, sales management, departmental management, production and customer service personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding job types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
-Plans and directs operations for press, bindery, quality inspection, passbooks, maintenance, ink and shipping activities and establishes production and manufacturing priorities for products in keeping with effective/efficient process and cost factors.
-Coordinates production activities with purchasing/procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
-Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems.
-Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
-Revises production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.
-Consults with Management/Production personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.
-Conducts meetings to resolve or effect settlement of grievances and refers unresolved grievances for management union negotiations.
-Compiles statistics, stores and retrieves production data and measures performance on a monthly basis.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree preferably in any field.
• At least 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry with 5 years in managerial role are required for this role.
• Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to be based in Philippines.
• Knowledge in Printing standard will be an added advantage.
