Description :: • Area of responsibility covers Cutting, Pre-press and Printing production.
• Operational scale around 250 employees that includes Supervisor, Leaders and Operators.
• Responsible to meet company defines productivity and quality goals.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, proactively seek for opportunity to drive operational improvement, following areas should be cover but not limited to:-
o Productivity
o Quality
o Cost
• Good team player, able to collaborate closely with cross functional departments to overcome challenges.
• Printing technically sounds, demonstrate ability to resolve printing related technical issue.
• Manage customer press check expectation. Propose solution to customer/client, ensure press-check successfully complete within define timeline.
• Manufacturing process mindset oriented, develop executable and sustainable processes.
• Discipline character, lead the team to follow defined Production process.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record in printing industry, possess at least 10 years and above in managing printing production.
• Good knowledge in Printing standard, for example, Fogra and relevant ISO standard.
• Possess positive working attitude, aggressive and strong team player.
• Relentless drive to win character.
• Problem solving skill through analytic tools.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
