Description :: -Oversee the entire execution of fit-out projects/ works, including planning, designing, initiating, coordinating and managing the interfaces between various phases;
-Ensure smooth progress of the fit-out project/ work through close liaison/ follow-up/ coordination with designer, business development team, contractors/ sub-contractors, mall’s person-in-charge and relevant authorities;
- Conduct site inspection and monitor fit-out project/ work execution in accordance to the approved plan/ layout and standard;
- Resolve any issues related to fit-out/ design issue with contractors/ sub-contractors or mall’s person-in-charge;
- Prepare project costing, schedules, progress reports and other necessary documentations;
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Report to Chief Executive Officer
Requirements :: -At least 2 years’ experience in Fit-out related field or equivalent;
- At least a Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or equivalent;
- Possess hands on knowledge and skill in designing tools and software (e.g. AutoCad and Adobe Photoshop)
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay & Chinese;
- Good communication, independent, aggressive, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines;
- Well organized and able to handle multiple design and fit-out activities simultaneously;
- Willing to travel as and when required;
