Description :: • Facilitate the product launching and making it known to the customers.
• Keep updated with production of new products from project planning to its production.
• Evaluate the products review given by the customers and ensure that product schedules are followed during its development.
• Contribute and monitor budget for project implementation and production.
• Set timelines and deadlines for completion of tasks in product development, including launch dates.
• Record data from and determine or recommend action based on surveys.
• Oversee production and testing of product prototypes and samples
• Identify potential defects and risks in product of project.
• Supervise production of final version of items.
• Respond to questions and concerns from component manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and members of program or project team.
• Receive and report to upper-level management information on progress of development and roll-out.
• Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience to run NPI & lead NPI team, a team player, strong leadership, customer expectation driven & analytical mindset are required for this position.
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
• Minimum 5 years related experience is a must.
• Knowledge in value add post-press processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point.
