Description :: • Implement strategies for continuous plant improvement in terms of cost, quality and timeliness activities within the production function.
• Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labour, and material costs; review production capacity; estimating future requirements.
• Oversee troubleshooting of process, quality and equipment, anticipate potential operational issues and derive appropriate corrective action.
• Build up strong teamwork spirit and enhance work efficiency.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Outstanding managerial experience with at least 6 years in manufacturing industry.
• Added advantage for the candidate who has printing or packaging background.
• Good working attitude, aggressive, a problem solver & a team player.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
