Description :: - To prepare and deliver application reports for record keeping purposes.
- Ensure any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management / Superior.
- To develop food formulations / recipes, new product development in various applications
- Responsible in good housekeeping and good laboratory practice in the food application laboratory.
- Manage all recipes and documents are kept confidentially and restricted within the premises of the Company.
- To monitor and ensure sufficient supply level of raw materials/ ingredients that are required for testing.
Requirements :: - Minimum is a Degree / Diploma in Culinary Nutrition, Culinary Science/ Culinology, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of working experience as Food Application Specialist in the Food Industry.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills in English
