- The responsibilities are:
1. To assist in the planning, management and execution of events
2. To prepare plans for all aspects of events and assist in implementation for same and ensure compliance to all local and state safety regulations and prepare appropriate budget for all events
3. To collaborate with project team to implement all activities for events within required timeframe and budgets and perform research on all event location and entertainment facilities.
4. Assist to set up venue and assist to finalize all logistics for events and establish an efficient sponsorship for all events and participate in all training programs for staff. - Requirements :
- 1. Practical competency in events management
2. Ability to draft official letters in English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Practical competency in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
4. Possess Dip/ Bac of Corporate Communication, Or Public Relations, Advertising, or any equivalent fields.
6. Have knowledge on Project Management and Microsoft Project Software. - Lowest Qualification :
