Description :: - Work with supervisor & Communication Dept. on files and/or artwork needed, new products, creating new forms, etc.
- Assist with mailroom, sorting and delivery of mail, postage and shipping service communications when needed
- Assist with production planning; scheduling, estimating and processing of orders to meet delivery objectives
- Assist with training for new and existing employees
- Keep storage rooms organized and monitor inventory of paper, toner, and misc. supplies on a weekly basis
- Learn and use work order system (ChangePoint) to enter and edit, apply time, and change location of job in production
- Learn basics on mailroom responsibilities to cover other staff when out
- Ensure support and schedule maintenance of the digital press
- Communicate production delays and potential issues to management/supervisor
Requirements :: (4 Colors / 8 Colors Machines)
- SPM
- PC experience is required
- Basic computer knowledge and general office operations
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
