- -Able to perform full aspects of accounting functions as well as various financial reports would be the best matching criteria.
The responsibilities assigned to Account Executive as the follows:
-To prepare various financial and management reports on monthly basis
-To prepare the annual budget report and periodic budget control list
-To assist in Project Costing & Analysis
-Cash flow management and proper administration of invoicing, billing and PO
-To quarterly update financial reports for business analysis purpose
-To timely update the monthly salary, expenses claims, sales commissions
-To liaise with auditor and tax agent for the annual audit report and tax computation
-Other related tasks

(Study / Planning / Implementation / Improvement / Ensuring Adherence & Compliance)
-Fixed Assets
-Staff Monthly Expenses Claim, etc - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity
-Computer literate. Familiar with Peachtree system would be an added advantage
-Organized and detail oriented
-Able to work independently as well as team player - Lowest Qualification :
