Description :: - Assist in the day-to-day operations Cinema.
- Perform daily inspections within the cinema auditoriums and ensure uniforms standards, operational practices, company policies and quality standards are adhered.
- Ensure cleanliness of the cinema premises and ensure that these areas are properly maintained.
- Plan the weekly duty roster. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of weekly and monthly administrative submissions.
- Assist to conduct training and retraining pertaining to customer service, food handling, serving and sales tactics to all ground staff.
- Perform and supervise orientation training to ground staff.
- Ensure daily crash programme for all areas are followed through and completed.
- Assist in managing crowd control as and when necessary.
Requirements :: - Min SPM
- Self-motivated, able to handle emergency duties;
- Muar have Technical experience
- prefer fresh graduate
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
