- - Managing content quality check to ensure content adheres to guideline and at professional presentable standards for each deployment;
- Ensuring adherence by service of brand parameters for SyQic’s product;
- Liaison with content team & partners, and telco partners;
- Building the product roadmap for SyQic’s products;
- Prepare various product-related information gathering, surveying, testing and reporting;
- Responsible for all aspects of content scheduling which include content roadmap planning, weekly content information & graphic compilation and publishing of content according to roadmap for various deployment;
- Product & Service Marketing & Promotions for SyQic Products to generate revenues;
- Responsible for working on the product life cycle management.
- Coordinate with content providers and internal operation team to provide content that will increase subscriber base;
- Monitoring service implementation for SyQic’s products;
- Monitoring service performance; - Requirements :
- - A degree, diploma or equivalent work experience required;
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Creative thinker with ability to work independently;
- Able to attend to detail and work in a highly organized manner;
- Show high levels of initiative and good time management skills;
- Punctuality in meeting deadlines is required;
- A team player and able to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Proficient in English;
