Description :: •To lead in assigned accounts managing clients’ digital and marketing communications works to ensure that their marketing objectives and KPIs are met
•Work with internal creative and social media teams to conceptualise and develop effective digital marketing ideas/campaigns with the ability to manage both internal and external expectations, keeping in mind clients’ goals
•Manage and or develop proposals, providing valuable client insights to internal teams to ensure that agency’s recommendations does not deviate from clients’ brief
•Maintain high service level standard in projects follow-ups, budgeting and reporting
•Proactively identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and initiate discussions with relevant teams to achieve strong account growth
•Develop and strengthen client-agency relationships and be the client go-to-person to resolve problems
•Assist in new business development and accounts pitches
Requirements :: •You are likely to be someone who sees problems as challenges and strive to work towards providing a solution that will benefit both client and agency as much as possible
•At least 3 years relevant working experience in digital/ social media/ advertising agency is a must
•Strong knowledge and keen interest in advertising, digital and/or social media marketing
•Proficiency in drawing analysis from data to derive insightful conclusions
•Experience in executing digital, advertising and social media campaigns
•Confident and dynamic individual who can interact and communicate agency’s recommendations and proposals at all levels of an organisation including senior management
•Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skill
•Self-driven and highly motivated individual who can perform under pressure
