- Learn all about the project you are assigned to (you may be assigned to multiple projects at any one time or you may be assigned to different projects over a period of time)
- Handle customer inquiries quickly with canned scripts and answers in the system
- Handle multiple web chat sessions (up to 6 chats may be assigned based on skills)
- Ensure customer queries are handled in the most satisfactory way in terms of accuracy, speed and language
- Keep customer information up-to-date
- Work closely with the internal project team to highlight issues
- Attend weekly project meetings with the project team to provide updates and discuss issues
Requirements :: - Minimum 2 year graphic/web design experience is essential. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator , understanding CSS , HTML 5 and JavaScript
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
