Description :: 1. Work within the team to achieve recruitment targets (targets will be set for each specified country – China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan).
2. Supervise logistics for recruitment events – eg. freight management, recruitment materials, freight reporting and ensuring all overseas representatives receive sufficient promotional materials.
3. Assist in marketing activities – for promoting the University and its courses as its representative/ambassador. Activities include student counselling and conducting overseas representative training/breifing on administrative/student recruitment procedures.
4. Identify new opportunities and approaches to student recruitment in response to international marketing development.
5. Maintaining effective relationships and communications with overseas representatives and scholarship bodies within specified countries.
6. Involve in orientation and activities for international students.
7. Keeping up to date with higher education issues/immigration (visa) issues.
8. Perform other administrative and marketing duties as my be required from time to time.
9. Required to travel overseas to promote IMU and its academic programmes.
Requirements :: 1. Must possess at least a University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration.
2. 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & Chinese.
4. Mature, self-motivated, able to handle pressure and tight deadlines, and work independently.
5. Customer focused, patient, and tactful in dealing with customers.
6. Strong coordination skills in planning and organising events.
7. Willing to travel overseas
