Accounts Receivable:
- Check to ensure the correctness of Sale Orders passed on by sale supervisors before charging to credit card.
- Count and check Daily Cash Sales against Sales Orders and Receipts then deposit cash in the bank next working day.
- Check to ensure the correctness of Sale from Retail shop by reconciles pay in slip – credit card slip – receipt from POS program. (Running no.)
- Prepare and send daily sales reports to Head Office
GL journal entry :
Enter all daily transactions (Receivable / Inventory Transactions)
Monthly task:
- Reconcile Total Sale of the month / Return good
- Preparing Commission / Management Fee report
- Reconcile Credit card / Cash
- Monthly Stock count (Head office / Retail shop)
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in LCCI, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• At least one year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
