Develop and implement full life cycle project plans for complex information technology solutions.
Manage the relationship and expectations between customers, business unit personnel and information technology project staff to ensure automated solutions meet the strategic goals and needs of the company.
Coordinate user needs and requests; allocate resources, track timelines, and review deliverables to ensure all project quality standards are met.
Deliver progress and status reports to project stakeholders, occasionally via formal presentation, facilitating communication between all parties while identifying, escalating, and ensuring resolution of issues that would hinder project success.
Oversees all aspects of projects, including documenting technical requirements, performing risk assessments, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing project progress.
Interface with key end-user customers and various OTN divisions and departments, programmers, as well as software and hardware vendors, to understand and interpret business requirements to allow the application of technology for solving business problems. 
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in related field;
2+ years managing technology projects in large, complex, distributed environments;
Background must include direct interaction with senior managers both internal and external; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with purchased software applications or in a ticketing administration role is highly desirable. PMI/CAPM Credentials strongly preferred.
