- - To handle incoming calls/mails/local & overseas couriers.
- Preparation of weekly sales reports/contracts and monthly competitors’ analysis for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand.
- Follow up with ad agencies/clients on sales contracts/ad bookings and to chase up materials for print production.
- Handling of company/contracts database.
- Assist in event organization follow ups (sending of invites, RSVP follow up, etc)
- Coordinating with Finance on monthly send outs of invoices.
- Organizing send out of magazines/published materials and handling the mailing and subscriber list as well as other distribution duties.
- Simple errands from time to time whenever required. - Requirements :
- - Must be Singaporean or PR
- Diploma education or higher
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Possess good computer knowledge
- Possess good typing skills
- Presentable and well groomed
- People-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and independently - Lowest Qualification :
