Description :: Prepare P/L account
Monthly update/adjustment of run off schedules for provision of operating costs
Accruals of unbilled revenue and unearned revenue, costs and stock, charter hire and brokerage commission
Verify disbursements
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by the agents
Liaise with the agents on supporting documents
Reconciliations are current and disputes are resolved
Reconciliation of accounts
Follow up on payments
Involve in budget and audit
Prepare monthly reports
Involve in the review of the financial system
Monitor Open invoices
Report G.S.T*
Requirements :: Diploma in Accounting from recognized institution
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
Able to work independently, detail oriented and hands-on
Technically competent in accounting standards
Sound Excel skillset is a must and knowledge in ERP system will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
MYOB well versed
