- - Responsible for post-production which include die-cut,cutter, folder-gluer, store, delivery and logistics planning and Management.
- Formulate and implement Production Department's plan to achieve targeted performance in quality, cost and delivery.
- Coordinate with all sections to ensure imrovement in production operations and administration.
- Establish the Production Department structure, procedures, job responsibilities and KPIs for subordinate. Review and monitor production performance regularly, facilitate cost saving and process improvement in all production operations.
- Requirements :
- - At least Diploma in related field. Those without qualification but with at least one year working experience in manufacturing background wil also be considered.
- Those without Diploma but with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Possess good negotiation skills.
- At least 2- 3 years working experience is required for this position. Applicants with experience in a similar industry will have an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport.
