Description :: - Responsible for preparation of cost estimates and tender, tender documents, project finance and contract administration
- Responsible for the sourcing and procurement of materials
- Responsible for providing variation order claims
- Responsible for providing advances to bow to the demands of the client / consultant
- Responsible Conduct site assessments, site surveying and certification of progress of the sub-contractors
- Need to negotiate the cost of various orders with clients / consultants / sub-contractors
- Responsible for finalization of accounts with clients / consultants / sub-contractors
Requirements :: - Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 2 years experience in construction and interior projects / retail and corporate office / commercial
- Has experience in events / exhibitions / museums / galleries / thematic project work will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can take 18-24 months overseas posting
