- • Support recruitment, payroll functions, coordinate training programs and handling Industrial Relations and Employee Relations activities.
• Conduct New Employee Orientation for new join employees.
• Ensure all HR related reports are submitted to Head Office on timely manner.
• Provide full spectrum of administration support functions such as renewing licenses and agreements, sourcing for suppliers and upkeep of office equipments and maintenance.
• To undertake any special HR projects or assignments given by the Store Manager or The Head of Group HR department.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 2-5 years experience in the similar role is required for HR Officer position. Preference shall be given to those with relevant experience in similar industry.
• Fresh graduates as the above-mentioned qualifications will be considered for HR Assistant position.
• Required skills: Ms. Words and Ms. Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
