Description :
1. Work closely with HQ Managers (HR, Finance, Corporate Affair, Marketing& PR) and Medical Directors to ensure smooth running of the Skin Centre outlets.
2. Review key customer service processes to improve overall KPI and operational efficiency of the clinics.
3. Conduct regular audits at the outlets to improve operational efficiency.
4. Conduct continuous professional development and support to all the staff within the outlets.
5. Planning new strategies and brainstorm operational and marketing activities.
6. Track, monitor and make recommendations to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
7. Other ad-hoc projects as assigned. 
Requirements :
1. Diploma/Degree in business, management, marketing, others or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Good command in English and Malay, Chinese will be an added advantage.
4. Proficient with computer system.
5. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
6. Dynamic personality and self-motivated.
7. Able to multi-task and work independently in fast paced environment.
8. Applicants must be willing to work in Kulai, Johor.
9. Possess own transport, wiling to travel if require.
