Description :: -Provide support on full spectrum of Human Resource Management covering acquisition and retention, employee relation, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff welfare, foreign workers management and etc.
-Provide advice and input in resolution of HR compensation policy issues in accordance to HR policies and procedures.
-Enforce company’s regulations and handle all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances and staff misconduct.
-Assist in implement review performance management program including setting of performance objectives and measurement of performance.
-Assist in the development and implementation of the company‘s yearly training program.
-Dealing, handling & resolving of conflicts, feedback, complaints, grievances & disciplinary cases, pertaining to the employee’s related matters.
Requirements :: -Candidate must have at least Diploma/Degree in HR or Administration.
-Minimum 2 years working experience.
-Computer literacy ( MS Excel & UBS Payroll System).
-Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English.
- Willing to work in Juru, Simpang Ampat.
