- • To provide HRS support for all operation activity
• To provide Onsite HRS activities
• To support training and logistic arrangement
• To maintain the HR filling system
• To process the statutory payment and support related payroll activity
• To be payroll focal and handle other payroll related task
• To do invoice processing related to HR
• To support the HRS Admin task such as HRDF claim, AMEX, ING, employment, immigration, reporting
• To support the Intern process and related activity
- Requirements :
- • Diploma or Degree holder
• 3 to 5 years of related working experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels in organization
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to influence others, customer to leverage with HR services directions
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and drive change
• Clear process focus, systematic, organized and structured
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Customer service focused
• Effective at managing multiple priorities to meet the dateline given
• Knowledge of Payroll and HR legal matters will be added value
