Charge new employee onboarding and orientation behavior
- Responsible for the process of cleaning out / outside the hostel
- Responsible for process and cancel the work pass application via EPOnline and WPOnline system
- Responsible for maintaining accurate HR database and update employee records in HRMS and P-file
- Responsible for helping with the compensation and benefits of annual training and monthly HR reports
- Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required  
Requirements :
- Candidates must have a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of working experience in the field.
- Have a good oengetahuan in local employment legislation
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision, and be able to complete assigned tasks in a team environment.
- Possess interpersonal skills and good communication at all levels of the organization.
