- Administer employee daily attendance, OT, medical claim and back-pay.
- Hands on experience to Process monthly payroll for staff
- Perform admin works and any other general HR tasks as required
- Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time.
- Process new hires, posting changes such as staff movements eg salary increases, promotion, transfer etc. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must have at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Office Administration or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Must be well verse in English and Mandarin.
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
- Able to work independently.
