Description :: - To assist the Director in areas involving management and administration of group of Companies.
- To prepare confidential reports, correspondence and minute of meeting.
- To control and maintain an efficient filing system for smooth data retrieving.
- To work closely with all department head and operation manager for greater operational efficiency and effective communication to and from the Director to meet the Company’s objective.
- Monitoring of deadlines and follow-up with respective teams and operation manager on progress from time to time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff, client and business partner.
Requirements :: - Candidate must have at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Preferably with pre-opening hotel experience and some basic book keeping knowledge.
- Possess pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels.
- Possess a flair of writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate.
