- Administer employee daily attendance, OT, medical claim and back-pay.
- Hands on experience to Process monthly payroll for staff
- Perform admin works and any other general HR tasks as required
- Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time.
- Process new hires, posting changes such as staff movements eg salary increases, promotion, transfer etc. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must have at least SPM/Diploma in Admin or Business Studies
- With/Without experience (Training will be provided)
- Computer literate
- Required language : English and Malay
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
