- • To conduct proper and timely field checking / verification of customer’s details in accordance to Company's guidelines especially on Customer’s Residential Address, Employment and Delivery Address.
• To ensure proper recording of the field check findings in accordance to company’s policy, procedures and guidelines including snapping photographs of the subject premises being inspected.
• To liaise with Credit Approval Manager / Assistant Credit Approval Manager / Manager, Reviewer and Documentation / Credit Approval Executive on any negative findings and provide immediate reporting to ensure company’s interests are fully protected
