- - Handle the end to end recruitment delivery cycle which includes the following :
- Conduct market research,
- Perform talent sourcing and identification,
- Prepare candidate profiles,
- Organize candidate interviews and selection events,
- Perform candidate database management (i.e.: Candidate Data Entry),
- Provide career consultation to candidates,
- Make arrangement for candidates’ interviews,
- Perform candidate remuneration package negotiation,
- Work closely with potential candidates and clients to ensure successful job placements,
- Develop string relationships with clients to understand their requirements,
- Responsible for client account management by providing support and nurturing trustworthy relationships and developing them into key accounts,
- Must be sales driven to achieve sales target,
- Able to work under pressure and as a team. - Requirements :
- - Must possess minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- One (1) year working experience in related field (Preferred but NOT Mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales driven and takes initiative to learn, A good team player
- Fresh graduates & Junior Executives in Human Resource or equivalent are encouraged to apply
