- Administer employee daily attendance, OT, medical claim and back-pay.
- Hands on experience to Process monthly payroll for staff
- Perform admin works and any other general HR tasks as required
- Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time.
- Process new hires, posting changes such as staff movements eg salary increases, promotion, transfer etc.
 
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma in Secretarial / Business Administration / Management
- At Least 3 years' experience working experience in property development will be an added advantage
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Able to work independently
