- Administer employee daily attendance, OT, medical claim and back-pay.
- Hands on experience to Process monthly payroll for staff
- Perform admin works and any other general HR tasks as required
- Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time.
- Process new hires, posting changes such as staff movements eg salary increases, promotion, transfer etc.
 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent with 1 years working experience
- Preferably specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
