Responsibilities
Provide all facets of secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
View daily emails for the Director and take required actions on requests immediately.
Organize internal and external meetings and take minutes of the meeting.
Plan overseas travels, make airline and hotel reservations as and when requested.
Correspond with clients as directed by the Director.
Meet business associates and clients on behalf of the Director as and when required.
Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Director. 
Requirements :
Requirements
Min Diploma Holder – Preferably in Business
Has 3-5 years of relevant experience
Has excellent written and oral communication skills
Good computer knowledge
Must be highly proficient in Chinese to coordinate with China customers
Candidates with previous secretarial experience in ship management companies or related industries will have an added advantage.
Singaporean / SPR preferred
