Description :
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization, and ensure that the employee handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Manage and monitoring strategy for HR Management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/ practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and condition, contracts, training and development,succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.
- Oversee & manage full spectrum HR Department and manage direct reporting staffs.
- Review and authenticate HR Department documents related to legal, payroll and distribution, policies etc.
- Liaise with other functional/ departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are full informed of HR objective purpose and achievements.
- Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring the annual appraisal are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
- Monitor for the Time Management System and Payroll System to ensure monthly payroll is accurate prepare in time.
- Manage the information held on the HR database and personnel files to ensure it is updated in a timely and accurate manner and complies with any legal or date protection policies.
- Monitoring the employee's overtime, sickness, lateness and absence and provide monthly HR Management report to the management.
- Develop and implement of company SOP manuals.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Word.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience similar role in manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with Labour Law.
- Familiar with TMS system and payroll system.
- Hands on, high attention to details and accuracy.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- With pleasant personality such as positive attitude, self-motivated, cautious, and responsible.
- Ability to work with multitude of tasks.
