- - To assist and provide administrative support to sales team in handling day-to-day enquiries within the Company and external customers.
- Process, monitor and follow up on projects.
- To handle incoming customers' call enquiries, feedback and complaint
- To handle general paper works and administrative jobs such as data entry,
database update, filling, and etc.
- To assist in financial and management account matters.
- Prepare daily and year end account for audit and tax submission.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level in any field.
- Candidate must possess at least 2 years experience in related position.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be able to handle full sets of account.
- Computer literate and with good proficiency in UBS, Excel, Word and etc.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
- Independent, Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision.
