-To provide full secretarial and administrative support
-Coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements etc.
-Record minutes of meetings & handle matters related thereto.
-Liaise with and assist business teams on related operational issues.
-Prepare business proposals as well as periodic reports and analysis
-Assist in general office administration
-Undertake other assignments or related duties 
Requirements :
-Degree/Diploma or Certificate holder in PSC or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
-Good command of both written & spoken English and BM
-Intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with an eye for detail
-Excellent planning, good organizational and time management skills
-Pleasant disposition and ability to liaise with all levels of management
-Proficient in MS Office suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Good shorthand skills will be an added advantage
