Description :: • Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension/termination of contracts, resignations, transfer and/or other movements of staff and ensure the relevant forms are completed timely.
• Post advertisement, source for candidate, coordinate interview
• Monitor all staff annual and medical leave
• Prepares monthly payroll related reports, relevant documents for submission to government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, PSMB and etc. to ensure statutory requirements are adhered to at all times
• Responsible for timely processing of payroll and to ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualification in accounting
• Required skill(s): Good communication/interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to communicate/write
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Full-Time positions available.
